I understand you completely. Many times in our lives we get to the point where we feel like we don’t really know what else we could do, to feel better in our own skin. We want to feel more energetic, to be able to do things that make us happy, or maybe just do all those daily tasks without the hassle and feeling tired.

Lately, everything is happening so very fast. Lifestyle is changing. Communication is much faster than it was a few years ago. Sometimes our bodies are not up to the challenges of the modern lifestyle. In addition, the food we consume has also changed.

Many times we don’t take time for a meal, we either eat it standing, or think about what we need to do next, whilst still eating. Or we think about things we have failed to do and thus inadvertently stress our body.

Mini counseling is done by sending me an e-mail detailing the problem, providing me with information on what you normally eat, the medicines you take and the goals you would like to achieve. If you have results of the blood tests and you want me to look at them, you can write to me or attach them with your message.
